Stimulus is moderate intensity. Athletes will find a consistent pace and maintain across all rounds. Athletes will find that upper body fatigue will be one of the most challenging aspects of this workout (from thrusters + push ups) and should be mindful of staying in a strong position during ring push ups due to the instability when compared to being on the ground.
For those who have never done Ring Push Ups before, if you struggle with traditional push ups but can complete 100 in total with the time cap in mind, consider doing half ring and half traditional.
