While athletes learn rope climbs, RX athletes will complete an EMOM x10 of 1 elevated "zombie climb".
Rx athletes OVER 5′ 6” should look to complete one rope climb in one pull on the metcon. Athletes should also focus on proper descent on the ropes in today’s metcon.
